1. General Policy

Spanish by Jazmin provides private online educational services based on time exclusively reserved for each student.

Due to the personalized and time-based nature of the service, all payments are final and non-refundable.

2. No Refunds Under Any Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Change of mind
Scheduling conflicts
Time zone misunderstandings
Technical issues on the student’s side
Late arrival
No-show
Partial attendance
Dissatisfaction after lesson completion
Lack of student preparation

By completing payment, the client expressly agrees to this policy and waives any right to request a refund, reversal, reimbursement, or chargeback.

3. Rescheduling Policy

Each lesson may be rescheduled only once.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.
If the rescheduled lesson is canceled again or missed, it will be forfeited without refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson result in automatic forfeiture.

4. Technical Issues

Technical problems on the student’s side, including internet instability, device malfunction, or platform access issues, do not qualify for refunds or additional rescheduling.

Students are responsible for ensuring proper technical setup.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated without prior written communication:

Spanish by Jazmin reserves the right to:

Immediately suspend all services
Submit proof of lesson delivery
Pursue recovery of disputed funds and administrative costs
Take legal action in cases of fraudulent disputes

6. Exceptions

A refund may only be considered in cases of proven failure by Spanish by Jazmin to deliver the scheduled service.

Any exception is granted solely at the instructor’s discretion.

7. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Mexico.

Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Mexico.
